I am so sorry to hear about Him. A fight like that is so hard to deal with. Just lost an old time friend to Cancer, very long fight as well. Hope everyone especially his family is doing well. Send them my best.

Thank you Rocky for your touching words about Steve Strayhorn. My sister Laura thinks the world of you and often commented that Steve had the best of friends. We accepted Steve into the "Breckenkamp" with open arms..Laura and Steve loved each other and that was enough for us. THEN we got to know this wonderful, kind and loving man. My mom, who died on my birthday, May 19th, absolutely loved Steve as did the rest of our family. He was a hoot at family gatherings. Our family will be celebrating Steve and my mother's lives...remembering the memories which will never fade. Rest in peace my friend....Gail
